About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Junior HR to support our HR and recruitment functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist with attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
- Assist with performance appraisal and probation-related processes.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools.
- Positive attitude, confidentiality, and a people-focused approach.
