About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to develop new business opportunities, generate leads, communicate with prospective clients and promote our HR, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business leads through calling, email, LinkedIn, references and market visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, contractors, builders and manufacturing companies.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable HR, Compliance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Arrange client meetings and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and proposals.
- Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals and service-related information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new clients and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations/compliance team for smooth onboarding of new clients.




- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, B2B Sales,HR Services, Manpower Services, Construction or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with client calling, follow-ups and business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email and CRM.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Presentable, professional and confident personality.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development, if required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience HR Consultancy, Compliance Consultancy, Security Services, Manpower Supply, Construction Companies or Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, skills and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
