Key Responsibilities

1. Data, Reporting & Excel

- Daily Reporting: Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory status, order fulfillment, and vendor performance.
- Data Management: Maintain comprehensive trackers and logs for all operational activities. Must be highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, etc.).

2. Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination

- Vendor Follow-up: Act as the primary point of contact for product manufacturers and packaging suppliers. Track purchase orders, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve day-to-day vendor issues.
- Delivery Management: Coordinate daily pickups and dispatch with courier companies, track shipments in transit, and manage returns (RTOs).

3. Inventory & E-commerce Execution

- Stock Tracking: Monitor inventory levels at the warehouse, reconcile physical stock with digital records, and trigger low-stock alerts to prevent stockouts.
- Website Updates: Process daily orders on the e-commerce backend, update product inventory,



and ensure product listings are accurate.
- New Product Support: Assist the team with sourcing samples and coordinating materials for new product development.

4. General Administration

- Routine Ops: Handle day-to-day office administration, coordinate internal requirements, and support the broader team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, data entry, or administrative roles.
- Exceptional MS Excel skills – comfortable working with large datasets, formulas, and generating management reports.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to hold vendors and logistics partners accountable.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
