Renault Jodhpur is hiring a Digital Leads Manager to manage and convert digital sales enquiries into showroom visits and vehicle sales. This role focuses on handling leads received through online platforms, making follow-up calls, qualifying prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage leads received from digital platforms and CRM.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Qualify customer requirements and recommend suitable Renault vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives.
- Follow up regularly to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team to ensure timely customer assistance.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Experience in sales, inside sales, telecalling, CRM,



or lead management is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Passion for cars and SUVs with basic automotive knowledge.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
