About Kamal Laxmi Industries

Kamal Laxmi Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of Lithium-Ion Battery Packs used in Electric Vehicles (EV), particularly 2-Wheeler and 3-Wheeler applications.

We are looking for a motivated and technically enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Fresher who wants to gain practical, hands-on exposure to EV battery manufacturing, electrical systems, battery testing and production processes.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the engineering and production team in Lithium-Ion battery pack manufacturing and assembly.
- Support battery pack wiring, electrical connections, connectors, fuses and related components.
- Assist in Battery Management System (BMS) installation, wiring and basic testing.
- Perform basic electrical testing using multimeter and other testing equipment under supervision.
- Assist in checking battery voltage, current, continuity and basic electrical parameters.
- Support battery pack testing, inspection and troubleshooting.
- Assist in identifying electrical faults and reporting technical issues to senior engineers.
- Support the production team in maintaining proper SOPs, work instructions and safety procedures.
- Assist in quality inspection and testing of battery packs.
- Maintain production/testing records, checklists and basic technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams for day-to-day activities.
- Follow all required electrical, battery and workplace safety procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to battery manufacturing and electrical processes.

Eligibility

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Freshers can apply.
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and electrical components.
- Basic knowledge of voltage, current, resistance and power.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Strong interest in Electric Vehicles and Lithium-Ion Battery Technology.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates who are willing to learn and work hands-on will be preferred.

Stipend & Internship Benefits
