Education

- ITI Certification in Electrical / Electrician Trade

Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Assist in executing electrical installation works at client sites.
- Supervise technicians, helpers, and contractors during installation activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per engineering drawings, project specifications, and instructions.
- Support cable routing, earthing installation, LPS (Lightning Protection System) installation, and testing activities.

2. Testing & Measurement

- Perform basic electrical tests such as earth resistance, continuity, and insulation tests.
- Record test results and compare measurements with project specifications.
- Support testing and commissioning activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

3. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with clients regarding daily site progress, work requirements, and material requirements.
- Communicate site progress and schedule updates to the Project Manager / Service Manager.
- Coordinate with Stores and Dispatch teams for material availability and timely site delivery.

4. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Prepare and maintain service sheets,



installation checklists, and test reports.
- Maintain site photographs, measurements, and work-status records in the required format.
- Submit required site documentation to the reporting manager on time.

5. Safety & Compliance

- Follow all client and company site safety rules and procedures.
- Ensure technicians and helpers follow safe working practices.
- Use appropriate PPE at all times while working at site.
- Immediately report hazards, incidents, unsafe conditions, or deviations to the concerned authority.

Candidate Requirements

- Basic knowledge of electrical installation, earthing, and electrical testing.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work at project locations.
- Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand basic electrical drawings and technical instructions.
- Freshers with relevant Electrical Engineering / ITI qualifications may also be considered.
- Candidates with experience in earthing, LPS, electrical installation, testing, or site execution will be preferred.

Work Requirements

- Willingness to stay at project sites as required based on project duration.
- Training will be provided to selected candidates.
- When site visits are not assigned, the employee may be required to report to the office for technical work, documentation, training, or other assigned activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,735.41 - ₹42,775.16 per month
