Cosmetologist / Aesthetic Therapist

About the Role

We are looking for a genuine, enthusiastic and well-groomed candidate interested in building a career in medical aesthetics, skin and beauty treatments.

Candidates residing in Yelahanka or nearby areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform HydraFacial, medi-facials, facials and other aesthetic treatments as per clinic protocols.
- Assist the doctor during aesthetic procedures.
- Perform Laser Hair Reduction and other treatments after appropriate training.
- Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and hygiene standards.
- Maintain patient records and follow clinic SOPs.
- Communicate professionally with patients and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Learn and consistently follow clinical and aesthetic treatment protocols.

Candidate Profile

- Candidates with a background or interest in cosmetology, beauty, skincare, aesthetics or allied fields are preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior work experience is not mandatory.
- A formal cosmetology/aesthetics certificate is not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Basic understanding of skincare,



beauty treatments or patient care will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in learning medical aesthetics and advanced skin treatments is essential.
- Good communication skills and a pleasant, qualified personality.
- Willingness to learn, follow protocols and work in a doctor-led clinical environment.
- Candidates from Yelahanka and nearby areas are preferred.

Training & Growth

Training will be provided to the selected candidate in the clinic's aesthetic treatment protocols and procedures.

This position is suitable for someone who wants to learn, develop practical skills and build a long-term career in aesthetics, rather than simply looking for a temporary job.

Compensation

₹15,000 fixed salary + performance-based incentives
