About Position:

We are looking for a FTZ ERP Consultant to join our engineering team. He/She will be responsible for configuring, validating, documenting, and supporting the implementation of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) software solutions.

What You'll Do:

- The Functional Consultant is responsible for configuring, validating, documenting, and supporting the implementation of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) software solutions. This is an internal, non-customer-facing role that works closely with Project Management, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure software solution delivery align with U.S.



Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and customer business requirements.
- Robust understanding of supply chain business processes.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Experience configuring enterprise software applications.
- Familiarity with software implementation methodologies.
- Experience with Foreign Trade Zone software.
- Experience with Customs or Global Trade Management systems.
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to interpret SQL queries for data validation (preferred).
- Experience working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of data migration concepts.
- Experience using defect tracking tools ( Jira, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite
- Experience using requirements management and documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree, in Supply Chain, Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, Business Administration or related discipline.
- APICS certification is highly preferred. Certification in APICS or QAD Products is added value.
- Certified in at least one QAD area, if available, and one external certification. One QAD industry certification or additional product certification is required.
- Certified/trained in Effective On-Boarding.
- Application knowledge of the most common QAD ERP Manufacturing/Distribution modules, especially in the Core Manufacturing concept, Planning & Scheduling (MRP & MSW/PSW), Discrete & Repetitive Production (Production Orders)




- MES applications or data collection experience is welcome
- More than 5 years’ experience in manufacturing implementations and business consulting with top tier (>$1B revenue) global customers.
- Minimum 5 years of consulting or 10 years of other professional experience.
- Possess strong business process practice, both the body of knowledge and hands-on experience, with proven track records in leading and managing large project implementations.
- Well versed in developing and/or improving the business process and systems.
- Highly strategic decision-making problem analysis, systematic thinking.
