Job description:

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate customer and order information in the CRM/ERP system.

· Regularly follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and service requirements.

· Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Support teams to resolve customer issues.

· Maintain customer communication records and follow-up schedules.

· Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

· Prepare customer-related reports and maintain proper documentation.

· Coordinate the complete order-to-delivery process.

· Plan and coordinate dispatches with the warehouse, transporters, and delivery partners.

· Track shipments and provide customers with timely delivery updates.

· Follow up with transporters/drivers regarding pickup and delivery status.

· Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability, packing, and dispatch.

· Ensure delivery schedules are followed and identify potential delays in advance.

· Handle delivery-related issues such as delays,



shortages, damages, returns, and discrepancies.

· Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, transportation details, and proof of delivery.

· Coordinate reverse logistics and product returns when required.

· Verify logistics documents, invoices, delivery challans, and related paperwork.

Required Skills

· Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.

· Good knowledge of logistics and order management processes.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

· Experience with CRM/ERP software is preferred.

· Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

· Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
