- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the organization.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, leave, deductions, and employee records.
- Manage Farvision ERP for HR-related activities and employee data.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination with Finance.
- Handle employee documentation, onboarding, exits, and Full & Final Settlement.
- Maintain attendance and payroll records and resolve employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for HR and manpower-related requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate / Construction industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll is mandatory.
- Farvision ERP knowledge/experience is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll, employee records, and HR operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
- Candidates from the Real Estate industry will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Location: Sector-73, Noida
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
