CRYSTAL Life (part of Narendra Plastics) is looking for a motivated Ecommerce Sales Coordinator to support sales operations across Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, and our D2C platform. This junior role is ideal for candidates eager to start a career in ecommerce and contribute to the growth of a energetic brand.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and month-end closing.
- Oversee AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
- Assist in preparing financial reports (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow statements).
- Ensure accurate inventory, production accounting, and costing.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
- Manage GST returns, ITC reconciliation, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
- Manage GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns, ITC, and reconciliations.
- Handle GST audits, notices, assessments, and compliance.
- Manage TDS, Income Tax compliance, tax computations, and ITR filing.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities for assessments and notices.




- Manage manufacturing accounts, product costing, and cost variance analysis.
- Monitor material, labour, overheads, wastage, and inventory valuation.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely audit submissions.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.
- Improve procurement, inventory, sales, and payment processes.
- Identify and minimize financial, accounting, and tax risks.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with significant experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in taxation, GST, audits, inventory, costing, and financial reporting will be required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
