Job Description – Executive – IPQC

Location: Kathua, Jammu | Department: Quality | Industry: FMCG/Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control in-process quality parameters across the noodle production line.
- Conduct checks for dough, sheeting, cutting, steaming/frying, cooling and packing as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications, SOPs, GMP, GHP and HACCP requirements.
- Conduct line clearance, sampling, inspection and testing as per defined standards.
- Identify process deviations, coordinate with Production and ensure corrective actions/CAPA.
- Monitor weight, moisture, appearance, sealing, coding and other critical quality parameters.
- Maintain IPQC records, deviation reports and other quality documentation.
- Support reduction of rejection, rework,



wastage and customer complaints.

Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech./Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or relevant field.

Experience: 2–5 years in IPQC/QA/QC, preferably in noodles/FMCG/food manufacturing.

Preferred Skills: IPQC, GMP/GHP, HACCP, CAPA, process control, documentation and shop-floor quality monitoring.

Note: Candidates with direct noodle manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
