- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates

- Partner directly with founders, CXOs & hiring managers

- Source top talent through LinkedIn, networking & creative sourcing strategies

- Screen, evaluate & build strong candidate pipelines

- Ensure smooth candidate experience from first call to offer closure

- Work on mid-to-senior level roles across growth, marketing, ecommerce, ops & more

Requirements

Who You Are:

- 0–1 years of experience in recruitment

- Graduate

- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

- Ability to understand business needs, not just job descriptions

- Hustle mindset with structured execution

- Someone who enjoys closing mandates & building long-term client trust

- Must have a personal laptop & stable WiFi connection
