Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing professional to generate current business through corporate clients, companies, and business partners, understand their funding requirements, and drive loan business from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach corporates and businesses for loan requirements.
- Conduct corporate meetings, client visits, presentations and business discussions.
- Generate leads through direct sales, references, networking and business partners.
- Understand client funding requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, promoters, CFOs, Finance/Accounts teams and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for documentation, processing and sanction.




- Follow up with clients from initial discussion to final disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain client database, CRM updates and daily/weekly sales reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong corporate relationship-building and networking skills.
- Good understanding of loan/credit products.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and client visits.

Preferred Experience

Experience in NBFCs, Banks, Fintech/Lending, Corporate Loan Sales, Business Loans, LAP, DSA or Financial Services will be preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
