We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales profiles to drive new business development and revenue growth across Chennai and South India. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by acquiring and retaining customers.
- Focus on specific locations regions, customer verticals and industries assigned.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
- Travel across Chennai and South India to meet clients and explore new markets.
- Work in a target-driven environment to exceed sales goals.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Any graduate.
- Experience: 0 to7 years of Industrial sales experience, preferably in Industrial consumables or selling to manufacturing industry.
- Must have visited industrial parks in Chennai (Mepz, Sriperumbudur Industrial Area,



Oragadam Industrial Corridor, Irungattukottai Industrial Area, Maraimalai Nagar Industrial Area, Mahindra World City (SEZ), Chengalpattu, plus all other industrial corridors in and around Chennai)
- Language Skills:
- Must know Tamil.
- Proficiency in one or more South Indian languages is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for business development. Minimum 5 days a week when in Chennai, if needed outside of Chennai
