Purpose of the Job (Brief)

Background:

BSG – Solution Architect responsible to support Sales team in terms of understanding and meeting customer’s connectivity requirement right from the presales stage to the project execution stage.

- Conceptualize & develop techno-commercial proposals & solutions, across verticals, using existing or recent technologies

- Consulting, Facilitation and Selling Skills

- Design of profitable, optimal and replicable Technical Solutions

- Technical Presentation to customers

- Closely work with cross functional teams and stich solutions end to end

Technical Proposal creation - Analyze customer’s price expectations, indicate technical options in optimized offering

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

- Understanding customer’s requirements

 Building the solution, its deliverables as per customer specific requirements.

Proposal building

- Making Proposal as per solution for customer needs

- Revert within defined TAT

Customer presentation/Solution/ proposal

- Presentation to customers on his requirements & understanding

- Defining the scope of work in regard to Airtel deliverables – in-scope, out-of-scope etc

Standardization & automation

- Standardization of product offering, solution and proposal documents.

- Automation of standard proposal documents basis standard inputs variables customer requirements.

Educational Level

Must have: BE / Diploma in Computers, Electronics & Telecommunications/Information Technology / MBA in IT

Industry Certifications:

CCNA, CCNP, CCDP or equivalent industry certification

Working Experience

Must have: Around 8 years’ experience in Telecom organization, pre-Sales.
