Job Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Executive who can manage client relationships along with accounting and financial responsibilities. The candidate should have good knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, reporting, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Handle client communication, queries, follow-ups, and payment coordination.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, expense, invoice, and payment records.
- Handle GST filing and related compliance.
- Prepare and file TDS returns.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS, financial, sales, purchase, and expense reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for timely collection.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, and account-related matters.




- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and client documentation.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling.
- Ensure timely resolution of client and account-related issues.
- Maintain records using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Invoicing, and Payments.
- Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualification

Any Graduate, preferably B.Com/M.Com or MBA Finance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
