Social Media Executive – Key Responsibilities1. Daily Social Media Posting

- Manage regular posting of posts, Reels, and videos across Instagram, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Review captions, hashtags, creatives, and other basic posting details before publishing.
- Schedule and publish approved content across the relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages (DMs).

2. Salon Content Management

- Collect, review, and organize photos and videos received from salons.
- Coordinate with editors and concerned team members to get Reels, videos, and creatives developed.
- Coordinate recent content requirements by sharing video ideas, references, and content concepts.
- Support content shoots whenever required.
- Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers for salon collaborations.
- Communicate with influencers regarding collaboration requirements, content, and shoot details.
- Coordinate with respective salon teams and provide them with required influencer details and collaboration information.
- Ensure smooth coordination between influencers and salon teams for successful collaborations and content shoots.

3. Content Planning & Research

- Assist in preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Research trending Reels, content ideas, formats, and competitor activities.




- Identify relevant content opportunities for salons and the brand.
- Plan content around festivals, offers, events, and salon services.

4. Influencer & Collaboration Management

- Identify and connect with relevant influencers and content creators for brand and salon collaborations.
- Handle communication, coordination, and regular follow-ups with influencers.
- Coordinate the collection of influencer content.
- Ensure influencer content is posted or utilized across relevant social media platforms on time.
- Maintain proper coordination between influencers, salon teams, and internal team members.

5. Campaign & Other Coordination

- Support social media campaigns and advertising activities through content and creative coordination.
- Assist in coordinating campaign-related content, creatives, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of social media requirements.
- Monitor basic content performance and social media insights.

Salon Content Collection → Video/Reel Coordination → Influencer Communication & Salon Coordination → Regular Social Media Posting → Community Engagement (Comments & DMs) → Content Planning & Research

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
