- Greet and assist guests courteously throughout their cinema experience.
- Check tickets and provide ushering support to customers.
- Guide customers to screens, seats, and other cinema facilities.
- Handle food and beverage counter operations efficiently.
- Take customer orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas.
- Follow all safety, security, and operational standards.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure proper display and availability of products at the F&B; counter.
- Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and special shows.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth cinema operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
