We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, quotations, purchase orders, and timely procurement of materials and services. The candidate should have positive communication, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day procurement and purchase activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and payment terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain proper procurement records, quotations, invoices, and vendor documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up with vendors.
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor databases.
- Ensure procurement activities are completed as per company policies.




- Assist in cost-saving and vendor-development initiatives.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of procurement and purchase processes.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze commercial terms.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields are preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase/Supply Chain.
- Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
