We are looking for a VP – Sales & Business Growth to build and lead our sales function and drive the next phase of business growth.

Experience: 8 - 12+ Years

Industry: B2B SaaS / HRMS / ERP / Enterprise Software

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

* Build and lead a high-performing sales team

* Develop and execute sales & growth strategies

* Own revenue, pipeline, forecasting & team performance

* Establish KRAs, KPIs, processes & performance reviews

* Improve sales productivity, ROI & conversion rates

* Coach, mentor & develop sales professionals

* Identify new markets and revenue opportunities

What We’re Looking For

* 12+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Revenue Leadership

* Proven success in building and scaling sales teams

* Strong track record of driving business growth





* B2B SaaS / HRMS / ERP / Enterprise Software experience preferred

* Strong understanding of sales strategy, forecasting & ROI

* High ownership, leadership and execution mindset
