Job Summary
We are looking for a 360° Social Media Marketing professional with strong experience in the Skincare/Beauty D2C and E-commerce industry.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the brand's complete social media presence, driving engagement, building brand awareness, and supporting customer acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute 360° social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
● Plan and manage the monthly content calendar, campaigns and product launches.
● Drive organic social media growth, engagement and community building.
● Manage influencer marketing and creator collaborations from identification to execution.
● Work closely with the creative, content, performance marketing and brand teams.
● Coordinate with agencies, influencers and external partners.
● Support Meta/social media paid campaigns and ensure alignment with business objectives.
● Track social media performance,
analyse insights and prepare regular reports.
● Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging social media trends in the skincare and beauty space.
● Develop campaigns focused on brand awareness, engagement, traffic and conversions.
● Ensure consistent brand communication and tone across all digital platforms.
Requirements
● 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
● Must have experience in Skincare / Beauty / Cosmetics / Personal Care.
● Experience working with a D2C / E-commerce brand
● Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook and influencer marketing.
● Experience handling campaigns end-to-end.
● Good understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics and ROI.
● Strong communication, creative thinking and campaign management skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates from D2C Skincare, Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care or E-commerce brands will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
