Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and improving loan products based on business requirements and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement new product features and process enhancements.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to recommend improvements.
- Prepare product documentation, user requirement documents (URD), SOPs, and training materials.
- Ensure all products comply with RBI guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate MIS reports and analyze product performance, customer adoption, and business growth.
- Assist in competitor analysis and identify opportunities for new product development.
- Possess the strong knowledge of the loan product which includes auto loan, hire purchase, home
- loan, construction loan, education loan, personal loan and SMEs loan etc.
- Innovative in creating the right loan product to target potential and existing customers.
- Having the capability to create the loan product SOP, SLA and workflow process.
- Able to coordinate with Credit, Wholesales, Retail, Operation and Compliance department on the

launch of the new product.suite.product committee.the market.emphasis on new business acquisition,



customer retention and competitive pricing strategy.partners.distribution channels staff and necessary parties.monitor and track the sales traction of the various loan product and conduct monthly sales reviewmeeting with respective business stakeholders.

- Able to study and analyze the competitors’ loan promotion.
- Able to react to the changing market conditions and conduct necessary review of our product
- Facilitate the development and enhancement of the loan suite of products and present to the
- Able to work closely with marketing colleagues to better position and promote our loan products in
- Supporting our marketing and business development strategies as well as initiatives with
- Working closely with our sales and distribution channel staff to increase the sales opportunity.
- Able to engage car dealers and developers and onboard them to be part of our panel of business
- Able to work with Credit department on the loan limit to be set for each dealer and developer.
- Provide necessary product knowledge and workflow process training with respective sales and
- To develop key performance metrics of loan and allocation of target to respective department. To
- Preparing the loan performance report for senior management to review on monthly basisRequirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advance knowledge of loans, financial products, and NBFC operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
- Good analytical skill.
- Well versed with loan workflow process and standard operating procedure

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:2-5 years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
