Job description- Estimation & Procurement & billing Salary – 25- 35 K Responsibilities Prepare BOQ, analyse quotes by sub-contractors & vendors Prepare quick cost estimates as a part of proposals under tight deadlines Review material & labour cost make cost evaluations & comparisons Prepare document to Invite quotations from vendors & contractors Negotiate price & terms of delivery with subcontractors and material vendors Oversee the procurement (as per project schedule) such as selection, comparison, review/verify unit rates & delivery timelines Check and prepare Purchase Orders, etc; Finalize accounts in the period of final measurement; Track & update the cost estimate for any escalations as the project progresses Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, MS Words, MS Project

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
