We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Manager responsible for managing the day-to-day social media presence of Butterfly Learnings and its multiple verticals. The person will work closely with the Brand & Strategy team, content, design, clinical, and business teams to ensure that all social media handles are consistently active, relevant, and aligned with the brand strategy. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership of content calendars, posting, coordination, execution, and social media hygiene. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management • Manage the day-to-day social media operations across multiple Butterfly Learnings handles and verticals. • Plan and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars. • Ensure timely posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. • Coordinate with internal teams to collect relevant content, updates, achievements, events, and stories. • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, visual identity, and communication across all handles. • Maintain a structured social media calendar and ensure no gaps in planned communication. Content Coordination & Execution • Brief and coordinate with the content and design teams for social media requirements. • Develop content ideas based on campaigns, awareness days, company initiatives, events, clinical topics, parent education, and brand priorities. • Convert business and clinical inputs into relevant social media content. • Coordinate the complete content cycle from ideation to approval to publishing. • Ensure all content is factually accurate and appropriately reviewed before publishing. Multiple Vertical Management • Manage content requirements for different Butterfly Learnings verticals, programs, centres, and initiatives. • Understand the communication objective and target audience of each vertical and ensure relevant content is created accordingly.



• Maintain a clear content identity for each handle while ensuring alignment with the overall Butterfly Learnings brand. Community Management • Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and basic audience interactions across platforms. • Ensure relevant queries are routed to the appropriate internal teams. • Track recurring questions, feedback, and audience sentiment and share relevant insights with the Brand team. • Monitor brand mentions and relevant conversations. Social Media Growth & Reporting • Track basic social media metrics including reach, engagement, followers, views, shares, saves, and profile activity. • Prepare regular social media performance reports. • Identify high-performing and underperforming content. • Keep track of competitor and industry social media activity. • Suggest improvements based on content performance and audience behavior. Candidate Profile • Min 1 year of experience in social media management. • Experience managing multiple social media handles is preferred. • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Good understanding of content formats such as Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form video. • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Good written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams. • Experience in healthcare, education, parenting, wellness, or a consumer-facing brand will be an advantage. Pay: ₹11,360.23 - ₹43,201.25 per month
