Key Responsibilities

* Manage recruitment and interview coordination.

* Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

* Maintain employee records and HR database.

* Support attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

* Organize employee engagement activities.

* Assist with HR policies and day-to-day HR operations.

* Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters.

Eligibility

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce,



or a related field.

* 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with HR internships are welcome).

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
