Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, preparing customized holiday packages, handling enquiries, coordinating bookings, and providing excellent customer service from enquiry to trip completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, destination preferences, and travel dates.
- Prepare customized domestic and international tour packages.
- Create itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate hotel, flight, transport, sightseeing, and other travel arrangements.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide timely travel assistance.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, visas, travel documents, and package inclusions.
- Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Support customers before, during, and after their trip.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and booking targets.

Candidate Requirements





- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong interest in travel and tourism.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Good sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prepare qualified itineraries and quotations.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to communicate confidently over phone and WhatsApp.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operations, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma in Travel & Tourism or related qualification preferred. Candidates with relevant travel industry experience are also encouraged to apply.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for the travel industry can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
