Job Summary

We are looking for a Hospital Sales Executive to support the hospital’s business development activities by generating patient enquiries, developing referral networks, promoting hospital services, and building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on patient enquiries and potential leads.
- Promote hospital services, departments, and treatment facilities.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, counsellors, corporates, and referral partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate referrals and business opportunities.
- Identify new opportunities for patient acquisition and hospital growth.
- Follow up with prospective patients and referral sources.
- Coordinate with the reception, clinical, marketing, and management teams for smooth patient conversion.
- Maintain daily records of calls, visits, leads, referrals, and conversions.
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, corporate activities, and other promotional initiatives.




- Understand competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Ensure all communication and promotional activities comply with hospital policies and ethical healthcare practices.

Required Skills

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management is an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years in hospital sales, healthcare business development, medical sales, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience in other industries may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,680.02 per month
