1. Registration of operator/projects on TraceNet

2. Identifying the projects to be inspected & coordinating with CRM for inspection planning.

3. Generating risk assessments on TraceNet

4. Complete verification of the operator file & Tracenet data after evaluation

5. Communicating the finding & corrections required to the evaluator & client.

6. Addition of inspection details & NC closing details on TraceNet.

7. Taking certification decision with the certification committee based on the completeness of the file & receipt of NC closing documents & sample analysis reports (if required)

8. Issuance of scope certificate on TraceNet after positive decision from the certification committee

9. Taking decision of suspension, termination & withdrawal of certification with the certification committee.

10. Scope amendment, batch approval, stock closing, label approval,



NOC registrations, NOC approval as per the operator requirement.

11. Data backup to be collected, maintained & submitted to QM on weekly basis.

12. Updating project tracker sheet on regular basis.

13. Communicating the details of suspended, terminated & discontinued projects to the management, CEO & QM on monthly basis.

14. Monitoring the performance & activities of reviewer, evaluator & TC in-charge.

15. Identifying the training requirements for reviewer, evaluator & TC in-charge. Provide trainings to newly joined reviewer, evaluator & TC in-charge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
