Medical Shop Staff – Job Description

Position: Medical Shop Assistant / Pharmacy Staff

Job Responsibilities:

- Attend customers and understand their requirements.
- Dispense medicines according to valid prescriptions and under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist.
- Maintain proper stock of medicines and other medical products.
- Check expiry dates and arrange medicines systematically
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Receive and arrange recent stock from suppliers.
- Keep the medical shop clean and organized.
- Provide good customer service and answer basic product-related queries.
- Follow all applicable pharmacy and medicine-sale regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; pharmacy qualification preferred depending on the role.




- Basic knowledge of medicines and medical products.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge.
- Honest, responsible and punctual.
- Previous medical shop/pharmacy experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.

Working Hours: Full-time / part time/ permanent

Salary: Based on qualification and experience.
