Shift Timings:

General Shift - 09:00 AM TO 5:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of hydraulic cylinder components.

 Verify dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge,

and Height Gauge.

 Ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

 Perform hydraulic pressure testing and leak testing of cylinders.

 Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

 Identify and segregate non-conforming products.

 Raise NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and monitor corrective actions.

 Support PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, and other quality documentation activities.





 Monitor calibration status of measuring instruments and gauges.

 Participate in internal audits, process audits, and customer audits.

 Analyze quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

 Ensure traceability of materials and finished products.

 Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce rejection.

 Monitor customer complaints and support problem-solving activities.

 Maintain compliance with ISO 9001/IATF quality management system requirements..
