We are a growing solar energy company specializing in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Solar Solutions. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field visits and client meetings.
- Meet Residential, Commercial, and Industrial customers.
- Promote and sell rooftop solar solutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
- Follow up on quotations and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, or B2B/B2C Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.
