Job description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Legal Intern to join our real estate legal team. This position is tailored specifically for fresh legal graduates or final-year law students eager to kickstart their career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and vetting real estate contracts, including lease agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and vendor agreements.
- Perform basic title due diligence, property document verifications, and title search reports.
- Conduct legal research on local land laws, municipal regulations, real estate regulatory authorities (RERA), and corporate compliance.
- Handling sub-registrar and BBMP registrations, khata transfers, and related documentation
- Managing liaison and compliance with government authorities including KIADB, BDA, BBMP, Revenue Department, Panchayat, and other statutory bodies
- Help track regulatory approvals, licensing requirements, and ongoing compliance filings.
- Maintain legal archives, case files,



and organize contract repositories for easy tracking.
- Support senior counsel in drafting notices, correspondence, and documentation for dispute resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Recent law graduate (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.) or final-year law student looking for hands-on experience.
- Must know Kannada and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Eagerness to learn real estate dynamics, proactively ask questions, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
