About: Amex Technology is a software/AI development agency in Ahmedabad delivering custom web, app, and AI solutions to clients in India and internationally. Small, fast-moving team looking for a driven BDE to help grow our client base.

What you'll do:

- Reach out to potential clients (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, freelance platforms)

- Qualify inbound leads from Fiverr/Upwork/website, convert into proposals

- Draft/send proposals and quotations with the founder/tech team

- Follow up and manage the sales pipeline end-to-end

- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

- Weekly reporting on outreach, pipeline, closed deals

What we're looking for:

- 0–2 yrs BD/sales experience, ideally IT services/software/B2B (freshers with strong communication welcome)





- Excellent written/spoken English — clients are mostly international

- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling

- Basic grasp of software/web/app dev terminology (or fast learner)

- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable in a small high-ownership team

- Bonus: experience selling via Upwork/Fiverr or similar
