Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare regular financial reports and statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist senior management with accounting and financial reporting as required.

Requirements

- Associate Degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Compensation & Location

Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Location: Goregaon / Malad, Mumbai.
Work arrangement: Open to suitable candidates from both Goregaon and Malad areas.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
