Job Summary

ETOS Technology is looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage logistics operations, import/export activities, customs compliance, shipment coordination, and supply chain documentation.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Certification or practical training in Import & Export, Customs, or Logistics will be an added advantage.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, transporters, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth shipment movement.
- Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs, DGFT, IEC, GST, and import/export regulations.
- Verify and maintain key logistics documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, and related documents.
- Track shipments and coordinate timely dispatch, clearance, and delivery, resolving delays or documentation issues.




- Maintain working knowledge of HS Codes, customs duties, Incoterms, and freight charges.
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for material movement and inventory-related logistics activities.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and update relevant information in ERP/Excel.
- Prepare basic shipment and logistics reports and provide status updates to management.

Required Skills

- Valuable practical knowledge of Logistics & Supply Chain operations.
- Knowledge of Import & Export and Customs Compliance.
- Understanding of customs and shipping documentation.
- Basic knowledge of HS Codes, Incoterms, customs duties, and freight forwarding.
- Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in customs clearance, import/export documentation, freight forwarding, and logistics coordination will be preferred. Knowledge of Hindi is optional but will be an added advantage.
