About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile App Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Android, iOS, or cross-platform mobile development, along with a solid understanding of application architecture, API integration, performance optimization, and mobile security.

You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications.
- Take ownership of mobile application development from requirements through deployment and maintenance.
- Design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Develop clean, reusable, and production-ready code.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, SDKs, and external platforms.
- Work closely with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless application integration.
- Identify and resolve complex performance, usability, and technical issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
- Implement appropriate testing strategies, including unit and integration testing.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
- Manage application releases and deployments to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and technology selection.




- Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and industry best practices.

Additional Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party API integrations.
- Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Strong understanding of Git and version-control systems.
- Experience with local databases and mobile storage solutions.
- Knowledge of push notifications, deep linking, and background services.
- Understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated mobile application deployment.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions.
- Review code and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Collaborate effectively with product, design, QA, backend, and DevOps teams.




- Break down complex requirements into technical tasks and provide realistic estimates.
- Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on development experience in at least one mobile technology stack.
- Proven experience delivering and maintaining production-level mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and development lifecycle.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical and production issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience working on large-scale or consumer-facing mobile applications.
- Experience with payment gateway integration.
- Experience with maps, location services, or real-time features.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Experience with App Store and Play Store release management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team of developers.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
