We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to manage and supervise the hotel's housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily housekeeping operations and team activities.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and hotel standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room status and maintenance issues.
- Manage linen, amenities, chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping inventory.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor manpower requirements.
- Train and guide housekeeping team members.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints.




- Monitor lost & found procedures and housekeeping records.
- Plan and monitor deep-cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hotel housekeeping experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle hotel operations effectively.
