Patient Care Duties

- Check and record vital signs like pulse, blood pressure, and temperature.
- Give medicines, injections, and IV treatments as ordered by doctors.
- Perform physical exams and track patient recovery or changes.
- Assist patients with daily needs like bathing, feeding, and moving.
- Clean and dress wounds and manage surgical lines or drains.

Ward and Unit Management

- Handle patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Take charge reports at the start and end of work shifts.
- Keep the patient area clean, safe, and tidy.
- Check medical inventory and prepare treatment supplies.

Communication and Education

- Talk with doctors and health teams to plan patient care.
- Teach patients and families about home care and disease prevention.
- Write and update explicit notes in patient records.
- Guide and supervise student nurses or junior staff.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
