Job Title: Telecaller – Pharma Manufacturing

We are looking for a confident, energetic and result-oriented Telecaller for our Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical Manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, communicating with prospective clients and maintaining regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to Pharma companies, PCD companies, distributors, stockists, wholesalers, doctors, hospitals, clinics and potential business clients.
- Generate leads for third-party manufacturing, contract manufacturing, loan licensing, PCD/marketing opportunities and nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Explain our product range, manufacturing capabilities, packaging options, MOQ, pricing and business terms to prospective clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Regularly follow up with existing and prospective clients for quotations, samples, product selection and order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, QA, Purchase and Dispatch teams wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, enquiries, follow-ups and converted orders.
- Share quotations, product lists, company profiles and other relevant information with clients.




- Identify genuine business opportunities and forward qualified leads to the concerned Sales/Business Development team.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing customers and work towards repeat business.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling, lead-generation and business targets.
- Prepare regular calling and follow-up reports for management.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication required.
- Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical industry experience will be preferred.
- Experience in third-party manufacturing/PCD/contract manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Pharma products, tablets, capsules, syrups, injections, nutraceuticals, sachets etc. will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Should be confident in speaking with business owners, purchase managers, distributors and pharmaceutical professionals.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and capable of handling regular follow-ups.
- Positive attitude with good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
