Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, references, and other channels.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Handling follow-ups with selected candidates until joining.
- Supporting the HR team in recruitment-related activities.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
- Experience: 2–6 years in recruitment, preferably from Real Estate / Construction industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
