Business Development Executive – International Sales

Shastika Global Impex Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic BDE to support our growing agro-export business.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

- Research and identify potential international buyers.
- Generate leads through online platforms, email and other channels.
- Communicate with buyers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Develop long-term relationships with buyers.
- Explore new countries and markets for our products.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.





Who We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills.
- Valuable English communication – written & verbal.
- Confident, proactive and result-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online research.
- Sales/BDE/Export experience is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication and sales skills.
