Job Summary: Real Estate Sales (Freshers , Telecallers & Managers)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from digital platforms and convert them into potential buyers.
- Site Visits & Client Handling: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and provide suitable property options.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Documentation: Assist clients with the entire purchasing process,



including documentation, agreement, and booking processes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with local property market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English and local languages.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing/lead generation tools.
- Attributes: Target-driven, self-starter, and customer-centric approach.
