Job Title: Restaurant Waiter

Department: Food & Beverage
Location: VGP Heritage

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and serve guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
- Set up and maintain tables, cutlery, tissues, and other service items.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide information about dishes and beverages.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other service staff for smooth operations.
- Check tables regularly and explicit used plates and glasses promptly.
- Follow all company policies,



food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Support the team during events, busy periods, and special functions.
- Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment and service items.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant/F&B; service preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, polite, and presentable.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during events.
- Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
