Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.




- Support HR activities and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
