Job Title: Fabrication QC Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Fabrication QC Supervisor responsible for maintaining quality documentation, coordinating inspections with the client QC team, and preparing fabrication reports. The role also involves maintaining material records and preparing documents required for billing related to fabrication work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quality reports and documentation for ongoing fabrication activities.
- Coordinate and arrange inspections with the Client QC team and ensure compliance with required standards.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation for all fabrication work.
- Prepare and maintain billing documents and supporting records for completed work.
- Track and record material consumption and usage in fabrication activities.
- Ensure fabrication work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for inspection approvals and project records.
- Assist project and site teams in maintaining quality compliance and documentation.




- Coordinate with fabrication supervisors and engineers to ensure timely inspections and documentation.

Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 3–6 years experience in fabrication quality control or inspection.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding inspection, and quality documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with client QC teams and third-party inspectors.
- Good knowledge of report preparation, documentation, and record keeping.
- Basic knowledge of billing documentation related to fabrication work.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to read fabrication and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Solid documentation and communication skills.
