Experience Technical Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics in projects of a similar nature.
- Experience with Statistical Strengthening Projects for Central/State Governments, government agencies, or international agencies will be an added advantage.
- Experience in data warehousing and development of data repositories.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture (EA). Certification in TOGAF or a similar framework will be an added advantage.
- Experience in supervising data management workflows, data pipelines, data platforms, and applications.
- Knowledge of data privacy and data management requirements.
- Experience managing or coordinating with technology vendors, including reviewing technical documents for quality control and requirements mapping.
- Solid experience with data science tools for data wrangling, statistical modelling, and visualization.
- Solid understanding of data curation, acquisition, cleaning, management, interpretation, analysis, and presentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for complex data-related problems.
- Knowledge of development data domains such as economic statistics, demographic data,



gender and social statistics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of household surveys, administrative systems, GIS, satellite imagery, sensor data, and big data is an advantage.

• Excellent working knowledge of R, Python, Power BI, SAS Viya and associated libraries is required. • Knowledge of SAS / SPSS is an added advantage.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- MSc / MTech / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- MCA with specialization in Data Analytics / AI.
- M.Sc. in Data Science.
