Designation: Accounts Executive

Department : Finance

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

 Maintain accurate general ledgers and process day-to-day financial transactions.

 Conduct month-end and year-end close procedures, including balance sheet

reconciliations.

 Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor

payments and client collections.

2. Taxation & Compliance

 Ensure strict adherence to statutory regulations and organizational accounting

standards.

 Coordinate with external auditors and assist in compiling necessary audit

documentation.

3. Financial Analysis & Reporting

 Analyze financial data, evaluate processing workflows, and control transaction

processes.





 Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual costs against budgets and forecasts.

 Prepare periodic (monthly/quarterly) MIS (Management Information Systems)

reports and financial dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CA

Inter or CIMA preferred).

 Experience: 2–5 years.

 Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,

Data modeling). Hands-on experience with accounting ERPs (e.g., Tally Prime, SAP,

QuickBooks, Oracle).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
