We are hiring a Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in IT Business Development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour, along with solid skills in online bidding, lead generation, proposal writing, client handling, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through online bidding platforms and other channels.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Build robust client relationships and achieve business targets.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant IT Business Development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.




- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
- Good understanding of web and mobile development.
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
- Candidates from Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, and nearby Tricity areas preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
