KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
- Keep customers updated on product availability, order status, promotional offers, and new product launches.
- Support the Business Development/Sales team with customer follow-ups, lead coordination, and account management.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records, interaction history, feedback, and CRM reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their requirements and expectations.




- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to senior management when required.
